Our main function we deal with at Kauzenfun is an international employment agency dealing with recruiting, training and job placement of people from native English speaking countries and all walks of life, into English teaching jobs in China.
We can assist you through the whole process or any part of it. With offices in both Australia, China and of course the internet we are well placed to assist people from any country through this whole process.
Since 2005 Kauzenfun has been organising teachers into contracts all over China. In this time we have placed teachers into all types of schools and training centres.
With our close relationship to TESOL colleges and agencies in China we can assist with finding suitable contracts to suit teacher’s requirements.

With my background in business and international marketing it has been a good transition into this International employment agency.
Since the beginning of Kauzenfun I have worked with Peter to build up this business and our contacts around China so that we can now offer assistance to all teachers throughout the entire process. This includes arranging TESOL training, document preparation, finding job offers, contract negotiation, visa application in China and country of departure, travel arrangements and includes assisting teachers after they have commenced their contracts.

On returning to Australia I remained in the education industry by recruiting people for the ATA TESOL course throughout South East Queensland. During this time I noticed an opportunity to help teachers pass the TESOL course and assist them into suitable jobs in China. With my continual travel throughout China and my contacts there I have been able to assist many people and have become good friends with many through the process.
Currently Lily runs most of this business with me now just helping where needed. I spend most of my time now working as a contractor to different companies in the area of construction, maintenance, earthworks and even an occasional contract involving oil exploration in different countries. This work has allowed me to continue my passion for travel and keeping in touch with my many friends in China and other countries.
